Refund & Return Policy
Digital Products – All Sales Final
All products offered by Great American Conservation are digital in nature and delivered electronically. Due to the immediate access and delivery of digital content, all sales are final.
Once a purchase is completed and the digital certificate or related materials have been delivered, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Digital tree planting certificates
- Personalized or customized certificates
- Downloadable files and digital content
- Any product delivered via email or digital download
Order Accuracy
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all information provided at the time of purchase is accurate, including:
- Recipient name(s)
- Gift message details
- Email address for delivery
We are not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information submitted by the customer. However, we may, at our sole discretion, assist with reasonable corrections if requested promptly after purchase.
Duplicate Purchases & Technical Issues
In the event of a duplicate purchase or a verified technical issue that prevents delivery of the digital product, please contact us. We will review the issue and may provide a replacement or correction as appropriate.
Unauthorized Use & Chargebacks
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:
- The product is a digital good and is not eligible for return or refund
- Initiating a chargeback for a valid digital purchase may result in suspension of access to our services
- We reserve the right to dispute any chargebacks and provide proof of delivery and access
Limitation of Liability
Great American Conservation is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our digital products. Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid for the product.
