Store Merchandise Refund Policy 

Refund & Return Policy

Great American Conservation LLC

Great American Conservation LLC uses Printful as our print-on-demand fulfillment partner. The following refund and return guidelines reflect Printful’s policies and apply to all merchandise sold through our website.

 

Misprinted, Damaged, or Defective Items

Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product is received.

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

Claims deemed an error on Printful’s part will be covered at their expense.

If you notice an issue with a product or order, please submit a problem report immediately.

 

Return Address

The default return address is the Printful facility. When a returned shipment is received, an automated email notification will be sent to you.

Unclaimed returns are donated to charity after 30 days.

If Printful’s facility is not used as the return address, you (the store owner) become responsible for handling and receiving the return shipment.

 

Wrong Address

If you or your customer provide an insufficient or incorrect address, the shipment will be returned to Printful’s facility.

You will be responsible for reshipment costs once an updated address is confirmed.

 

Unclaimed Shipments

Unclaimed shipments are returned to the Printful facility. You will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the items to your customer.

If You Do Not Have a Printful Account

If you have not registered for a Printful account and added a billing method:

  • Any returned orders due to incorrect addresses

  • OR failure to claim shipments

…will not be available for reshipment and will be donated to charity at your cost (with no refund issued).

 

Non-Returnable Items (Including Face Masks)

Printful does not accept returns of sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons (including, but not limited to, face masks).

You agree that any returned orders containing these items will not be reshipped and will be disposed of.

 

Returned by Customer

Customers should contact you (the store owner) before attempting to return any product.

Except for customers residing in Brazil:

  • We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse.

  • Returns and size exchanges may be offered at your discretion and expense.

  • If you choose to offer an exchange, you must place a new order at your own cost.

 

For Customers in Brazil

Customers in Brazil who regret a purchase must:

  1. Contact Customer Service within 7 consecutive days of receiving the product.

  2. Provide a photo of the item.

  3. Allow Printful to evaluate whether the product was used or damaged.

Refunds will not be issued if the item appears used, worn, or damaged in any way.

 

EU Consumer Notice

Under Article 16(c) and (e) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:

  1. Goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized;

  2. Sealed goods unsealed after delivery and unsuitable for return for hygiene reasons.

Printful reserves the right to refuse returns at its sole discretion.

 

Language

This Policy is governed by and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations provided.
