Contributors acknowledge that payments are made solely to support the Company’s work unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.

 

4. Proprietary Research, Development, and Innovation

Great American Conservation LLC conducts research, development, design, and deployment of environmental technologies, sustainability solutions, and related products.

All such research and innovations—including but not limited to prototypes, software, methods, algorithms, data, testing results, specifications, and conceptual designs—are the exclusive property of the Company and protected under intellectual property, trade secret, and unfair competition laws.

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • All technological or scientific information developed by the Company is proprietary and confidential.

  • You will not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, transmit, modify, display, reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to derive any source code, formulas, or methodologies.

  • Unauthorized use, disclosure, or duplication of proprietary materials may result in civil and/or criminal penalties.

  • Disclosure of research or project information for public awareness does not grant any license or ownership rights.

The Company reserves all rights, title, and interest in its intellectual property, regardless of whether such rights are registered or patented.
